Terms of Service

You need an account to run the tools. Keep your login secure, use the product lawfully, and don’t attempt to scrape, resell, or automate access outside the interfaces we provide.

AI generations consume credits. Free accounts receive a monthly credit allowance that refills on the first of each month. YouTube research scans that spend live API quota are limited per plan tier; results served from our shared cache never count against your allowance. Paid tiers receive more frequent live refreshes and connected-channel analytics.

Generated ideas, titles, scripts, and plans are suggestions. They may be inaccurate or unoriginal, they are not professional advice, and you are responsible for reviewing anything you publish. You own the output you generate; we make no exclusivity claim.

Channel and video statistics come from YouTube API Services and are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Scores and rankings we display are our own derived metrics, not official YouTube metrics. Data may be cached and therefore not real-time; every report shows when it was last updated.

You can delete your data or your account at any time from the data deletion page. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, exceed fair use, or violate YouTube or Google policies.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.
