Who we are

Vcreator (“we”, “us”) is an AI toolkit for YouTube creators operated by AI for Business Today. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to remove it.

What we collect

  • Account data: your email address, sign-in provider, display name, and sign-in timestamps.
  • Usage data: which tools you run, the inputs you type, the generated output we save to your history, credit balance, and scan counts.
  • Public YouTube data: channel and video metadata and statistics we retrieve through YouTube API Services to research niches and channels.
  • Connected-channel data: if you choose to connect your channel, the authorization tokens Google issues plus the channel and video statistics we read with your permission.

Cached data vs. generated content

Two very different things live in this product. Cached data is factual information retrieved from YouTube API Services (view counts, subscriber counts, titles, publish dates). It is stored in a shared cache so that many users researching the same niche or channel result in a single YouTube request, and it is refreshed or deleted within 30 days as required by the YouTube API Services policies.

Generated content is text produced by our AI models (ideas, titles, scripts, plans). It is our model’s interpretation, is stored only in your private history, and is not YouTube data. Any scores or rankings we display — including our internal outlier score — are derived metrics calculated by us, not official YouTube metrics.

YouTube API Services

Vcreator uses YouTube API Services. By using our channel research and connected-channel features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can review and revoke Vcreator’s access to your Google account at any time at Google security settings.

Connected channels and token storage

Connecting your channel grants us read-only access (youtube.readonly) so we can analyze your own channel and videos. Refresh and access tokens are stored server-side in a table that only our backend service role can read; they are never exposed to browsers, other users, or third parties. Disconnecting your channel deletes the stored tokens immediately.

AI processing

Your inputs, and the YouTube data attached to a request, are sent to our AI provider to generate output. They are not used to train models by us. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Saved generations remain in your history until you delete them or delete your account. Public YouTube data in our shared cache is refreshed or removed within 30 days. You can erase your saved data, disconnect your channel, or delete your account entirely from the data deletion page.
